Malaria cases, dengue fever case, in order to input the case, the poliomyelitis case that and takes place occasionally in the surrounding countrieses above 50% of our country, also let our country face the potential threat that poliomyelitis inputs. According to materials of The Department of International Cooperation of Ministry of Public Health, in the past 5 years, the regional service ability of collaborative project of hygiene of frontier of our country is promoting constantly, the project area expands gradually, has already invested more than 8 million yuan totally, has trained more than 300 local hygiene technical staff. At present, whom our country establish step border hygiene cooperation mechanism as follows, China- Association of South-east Asian Nations ( 10+1) , Association of South-east Asian Nations- China and Japan and Korea S. ( 10+3) Health minister's meeting mechanism, meeting mechanisms of health ministers of China and Japan and Korea S., large Mei Sekhong sub-region (GMS) Hygiene forum, GMS hygiene work group.
The frontier hygiene collaborative project that our country launches successively in recent years includes: Cooperation with Association of South-east Asian Nations, the tripartite cooperation between China and Japan and Korea S., regional cooperation once of large Mei Sekhong, monitor the project, the regional cooperation of Central Asia and cooperation with country of Mongolia, North Korea in Mei common river valley. Our country cooperates with the regular infectious diseases of the surrounding countries to exchange the information platform in mechanism and epidemic situation, have already become the example of regional cooperation of Asia.
