The reporter learnt from National People's Congress yesterday, the inspection group of law-enforcing of safety law of food of Standing Committee of the National People's Congress finished the inspection of all parts recently, held the second plenary session of inspection group of law-enforcing in Beijing a few days ago, combed, analyzed the question found while checking. It is reported, because of the restriction of technology, 60% are unable to measure in food additive.
According to CCTV, Ministry of Public Health staff member express, the country finds any composition should have the basis, use any detection method to need to list the detection method in the national standard finally through the demonstration of numerous experiments. But judge the research course of the detection method is more complicated. It is reported, our country is in 2200 kinds of food additive at present, there is only accounting for nearly 40% of the total number of test stone. This just means, 60% food additive is unable to measure.
