There are 360 hygiene service organizations of communities now in Kunming, 52 hygiene service stations of floating population, have 3422 medical personnel, more than 5000 berths of various kinds. Community's hygiene has served and realized government's hosting, communal participation, pluralism, multi-channel development pattern. But the hygiene service organization of community of our city still has some problems, the medical personnel that it is good such as well educated, high professional title, technology is distributed unbalancedly; Community's hygiene service emergency call handling capacity is bad; Lack complete Chinese medicine, can't deal with such as the bone wounded, acupuncture and tuina-massage,etc..
Municipal Health Bureau proposes, will rely on the team of teachers of Kunming medical college and university inside and outside the province and improve the building of contingent of the hygiene teachers of community of our city, it is the complete medical educational base of medical college of Kunming to select 11 community health Centers, build the demonstration pilot project of 20 community health Centers, and strengthen the emergency ability of service organization of community's hygiene to train, strive to make 100% of the community hygiene attendants know knowledge and skill of medical first aid. The health bureau has also trained 20 complete doctor backbone, 100 complete medical personnel in doctor and 350 famous medicine and studying, Ultrasonography B, examine clinically,etc. 7 subjects this year. Will also launch the complete medical major exam in the intermediate title test of the Chinese medicine classification in the future, can apply for the registration of Chinese medicine while being getting qualified classification complete medical speciality a scope of business, and rely on the education of existing traditional Chinese medicine, medical resource and build traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and skill training base of a batch of communities, train a batch of Chinese medicine classification professional teachers and pace-setter in scientific research of complete medical science.
